Welcome to Natively
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which you may access and use the website natively.dev and the related services provided by Small Scale Labs AB (“Natively”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company registered in Sweden.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms
- Accept them in full and without reservation
- Agree to our Privacy Policy
- Will comply with all relevant laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Your Right to Use Natively
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our platform and services. You may use Natively for personal or professional purposes, provided it aligns with your subscription type and these Terms.
What Belongs to Us
All rights to the underlying infrastructure, design, and branding of Natively are fully owned by Small Scale Labs AB. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The name “Natively” and its visual identity
- Our domains and trademarks
- Website layouts, UI/UX designs, and all original graphics or written content
- The software architecture and internal systems powering the platform
- All documentation, tutorials, and support materials
These assets are protected under Swedish and international intellectual property laws.
Note: Ownership of our platform and branding does not extend to anything you build using Natively.
What Belongs to You
You retain full rights to:
- Code generated using our tools
- Any applications, services, or features you create using that code
- Custom edits, configurations, and derivative works
- Any business logic, ideas, or frameworks you develop
You’re free to use, adapt, share, or commercialize what you create without requiring our approval, attribution, or royalties.
How We Use Your Data
To provide and improve our platform, we collect usage data such as prompts, generated code, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve functionality, address bugs, and optimize performance.
We may use data to:
- Improve our AI generation and platform performance
- Analyze user behavior for product development
- Deliver technical support and ensure uptime
- Generate anonymous usage statistics
Enterprise Users:
Customers on enterprise plans may request separate data processing agreements. We do not use their data for training purposes or share it with third parties without consent.
We manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Accounts and Content Responsibility
Accounts
- You may need to register an account to access certain services
- You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must contact us to delete your account
Your Uploaded Content
You may upload assets such as code, images, videos, or fonts. You must ensure that:
- You have the necessary rights to the materials
- Your uploads do not breach any laws or third-party rights
- You take full responsibility for your shared content
Plans, Payments, and Support
Subscription Options
- A free plan is available with daily and monthly usage limits
- Paid tiers offer enhanced capabilities as outlined at natively.dev/pricing
- Usage resets monthly and we may change pricing or limits with notice
Support
- Support is reserved for Scale and Enterprise plan users
- Support covers platform-related issues only (not debugging user code)

Billing Terms
- All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Annual billing is currently not offered
Access, Refunds & Cancellation
Access
- Once payment is confirmed, access is granted immediately
- Credentials are sent via email
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Billing errors
- Duplicate charges
- Other valid reasons, at our discretion
Cancellation
- You may cancel via your account settings
- Your subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or message limits
Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
As our services are digital and provided immediately upon purchase, your statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) does not apply once service delivery has begun with your express consent.
By subscribing to Natively, you agree that digital delivery begins immediately and waive your right to withdraw.
Intellectual Property Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been used improperly, please email us at support@natively.dev with:
- A description of the original material
- The location of the potentially infringing content
- Your contact details
- A declaration made in good faith
Don’ts – Prohibited Conduct
To ensure safety and fair use, you agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Use automation or bots to manipulate usage limits
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the system
- Violate any applicable laws through your use of our tools
- Upload malware, illegal content, or abusive materials
- Attempt to bypass account or subscription restrictions
Natively must not be used in breach of any trade embargoes, sanctions, or international compliance regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, EU, UN, and OFAC sanctions.
Promotions & User Suggestions
Campaigns and Contests
From time to time, we may run special offers. Additional rules will apply to those promotions.
Feedback
By submitting ideas or feedback, you grant us the right to use and incorporate them into the platform without compensation or credit.
Warranty Disclaimer
Natively is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of using our services.
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, we disclaim all warranties—explicit or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You use Natively at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for:
- Bugs in AI-generated code
- Downtime or loss of data
- Compatibility issues with other tools
- Errors caused by your specific usage or inputs
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Natively or its affiliates be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm
- Issues resulting from reliance on generated code
- Loss of data or content due to platform failures
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months prior to any claim.
Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer and wish to submit a complaint, you may contact:

- EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These platforms allow you to submit complaints regarding goods or services purchased online.
Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from them shall be handled in the Stockholm District Court, unless otherwise required by applicable Swedish or EU consumer protection laws.
Language and Governing Version
These Terms are written in English to support international understanding. However, Swedish law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Where any ambiguity exists between translations, the English version shall take precedence unless otherwise required under mandatory consumer protection laws in Sweden.
